Job Description
- Lead fullcycle recruitment and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Oversee performance appraisals and employee development.
- Identify and implement training and development programs.
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies.
- Drive initiatives in change management leadership development and succession planning.
- Enhance employee satisfaction and retention through targeted initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- A Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions.
- Strong English language skills both written and verbal with proficiency in HR tools and software.
- Indepth knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal organizational and problemsolving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment in Rayong.
