HR Executive (Assistant Manager Level)

Join our dynamic team at one of the top FMCG companies and help us create a thriving workplace. Were seeking a talented HR Executive to oversee a wide range of HR functions and contribute to our companys success.
What youll do:
- Recruiting rockstars: Source and attract top talent coordinate the hiring process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Reward and recognition: Manage compensation and benefits conduct performance reviews and implement employee recognition programs.
- Build a positive culture: Foster a fun and engaging workplace through teambuilding activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Streamline operations: Oversee HR administration manage the company budget and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
What youll need:
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field
- At least 5 years of HR experience preferably in FMCG or startup environments
- Strong recruitment and compensation & benefits knowledge
- Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- A positive attitude strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
