Job Description
- Support the Sales and Marketing team in maintaining and nurturing ongoing business relationships with clients.
- Participates in sales and business development activities as directed by the Cluster Director of Sales.
- Executes and supports the operational aspects of secured business including generating proposals drafting contracts and maintaining customer correspondence.
- Gains a deep understanding of the propertys target customers and their service expectations offering tailored business solutions before and during programs or events.
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year experience in the hotel industry.
- Good in reading writing and oral proficiency in English language.
- Proficient in MS Excel Word and Power Point and Outlook.
- Good communication and customer contact skills
