The Agency Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for both existing clients and internal departments overseeing campaign operations to ensure efficient daily workflow and successful campaign outcomes.
What Youll Do:
- Upsell: Work with existing clients to maximize client satisfaction retention and growth and propose new idea alternative services for client to spend more budget;
- Retention: Work closely to clients to ensure the campaign achievement and satisfaction to ensure the contract renewal in the highest level;
- Optimization: Work as liaison between clients and internal departments to operate campaign management and to achieve higher performance.
Requirements
Who you are:
- 2 year of experience in digital marketing/ account management experience in advertising agencies/ ecommerce / direct response environment;
- Outstanding computer skills including strong knowledge of Google Facebook Line ads platform Twitter Tik Tok Native ads and content marketing;
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the online advertising industry technologies;
- Deep understanding of company product and being able to explain it to a client and anyone else when needed;
- Deep understanding of MediaOption entire product offering and best practices for campaign effectiveness and crossselling;
- Understanding of countrys peculiarities knowing main competitors prices advertising verticals peculiarities of communication with people from the assigned GEO region;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint chart making and manipulation of large data sets;
- Knowledge of English level Upper Intermediate Thai Fluent.
Will be a plus
- Digital advertising campaign management;
- Prior agency experience.
