Senior HR Executive Based In Rayong

• Manage the overall HR General Affairs and control the overall activities of General Affairs Section including Employee Services Safety and Security Environment and Health concern.
• Coordinate with Department of Industrial Works in any waste disposal issues.
• Office & Facility Management and Assets control.
• Executes process improvement that enhances quality and cost reduction.
• GA regulation (update and implementation).
• Manage Employee Relations activity and other companys activities with welfare committees such as Company trip Sport day New year party.
• Manage CSR activities.
• Handle any project as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 23 years of experience in HR / General Affairs / Administration in a large company with hundreds of employees.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Knowledge of waste management law and experience dealing with government agencies particularly for waste management.
• Strong skills in communication planning project management risk management and corporate governance.
• Fluent in English with a TOEIC score of 700 or higher.
