Job Title: Global HR Service Delivery Director

Location: Timioara Romania

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced senior leader to join our client a global leader in the business management software industry as a Global HR Service Delivery Director.

Position Summary:

The Global HR Service Delivery Director will be responsible for leading and managing the HR Service Delivery function across a global footprint. This role requires relocation to Timioara and working from the office to ensure optimal team collaboration and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the HR Service Delivery team ensuring efficient and highquality service delivery across multiple regions including Romania Kuala Lumpur Australia UK and the upcoming US expansion.

Develop and implement HR service delivery strategies and operating models to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Oversee the performance of the HR Service Delivery team ensuring clear SLAs and objectives are met.

Collaborate with key stakeholders across Finance IT Talent Acquisition Business Partners and Centres of Expertise teams to ensure cohesive and effective HR operations.

Build and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities in partnership with the HRIS team to provide insights and enable manager selfservice.

Foster a highperformance culture focused on team collaboration continuous improvement and a superior employee experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in creating and evolving a Global HR Service Delivery model.

Expertise in endtoend HR processes including recruitment onboarding employee relations performance management data management and compliance.

Successful track record in implementing and managing new HR technologies and operational improvements.

Ability to drive transformational change and scale HR operations through technology and selfservice.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior global stakeholders.

Experience in high growth and fastpaced environments managing high workloads and conflicting priorities.

Strong customer focus with a passion for employee experience and continuous improvement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High degree of selfawareness and integrity.
