DESCRIPTION:

At SVT Produktion & Teknik we are looking to appoint a Project Manager/requirement analyst starting in October 2024 to lead initiatives planned within the IT workplace and Business Systems service area. The project manager is expected to lead several initiatives in parallel and reports to appointed steering groups for each project. The project manager will be responsible for and lead the technical migration from the existing database with reporting and followup tools to another solution in close collaboration with Finance Payroll selected supplier and technical teams. The task includes developing an architecture solution planning and implementing data migration and implementation of the new reporting tool. It will also include training and relocation of affected operations. The work will be carried out in close dialogue and prioritization with a number of other major transfers within the Finance Department/SVT Finance. There is also ongoing work within HR regarding risk management with a focus on routines and processes integrations data quality and organizational structure. The project manager is responsible for together with HR Finance and Payroll planning and carrying out prioritized risk management measures and for developing a solution proposal for a centralized organizational structure. There is a requirement that the consultant can quickly get on track and lead and run assigned projects during the period in a forwardlooking and responsive manner and handle both large and small issues.

SHOULD REQUIREMENTS:

1. Language requirements: Swedish

2. Technical project management Experience in leading complex projects with high quality

3. Requirements management Experience and knowledge regarding requirements management and requirements formulation

4. Technical understanding Understanding and experience for cloudbased solutions databases and migration in the area of business systems such as HR ERP

5. Leadership Highly independent who can take primary responsibility for leading and coordinating different teams communicating with stakeholders and management.

6. Good knowledge of risk management GDPR Microsoft technologies Agile working methods

SHOULD REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience within Public Service and SVT is meritorious
