Overview:
As an MBBS Doctor Medical Officer you will play a crucial role in providing primary healthcare to patients both in outpatient and inpatient settings. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating medical conditions providing patient care and promoting health education and disease prevention. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the overall wellbeing of the patients and will require strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting medical consultations and physical examinations of patients
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribing medications and other treatments
- Providing emergency medical care and triage
- Offering counseling and health education to patients and their families
- Collaborating with specialists and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Participating in clinical research and studies
- Keeping accurate and updated medical records
- Following clinical protocols and guidelines
- Managing and coordinating healthcare services and resources
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Contributing to medical training and education programs

Required Qualifications:
- MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized medical school
- Valid medical license to practice
- Previous experience in clinical medicine or residency training
- Proficiency in medical diagnosis and treatment planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
