Job Description
Overview:
As a Dermatologist at our medical facility you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions. Your expertise is essential in helping our patients maintain healthy skin address medical issues and improve overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing dermatological screenings and assessments
- Diagnosing and treating various skin conditions such as acne eczema and psoriasis
- Providing cosmetic procedures including Botox treatments and laser therapy
- Conducting skin cancer screenings and biopsies
- Developing personalized treatment plans for patients
- Prescribing medication and topical treatments
- Utilizing diagnostic tools such as dermoscopy and patch testing
- Performing minor surgical procedures such as mole removal
- Offering guidance on skincare routines and preventive measures
- Collaborating with other medical professionals for comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification in dermatology
- Licensure to practice as a dermatologist
- Completion of dermatology residency program
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various skin conditions
- Proficiency in performing dermatological procedures and surgeries
- Uptodate knowledge of skin care advancements and treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and diagnostic skills
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and providing compassionate care
