Job Description

Overview:


The role of the Senior HR Executive is crucial to the organization as they play a key role in ensuring the effective management of the human resources within the company. They are responsible for overseeing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Manage employee relations and address employee concerns
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Manage HR data and information systems
  • Conduct exit interviews and separation processes
  • Participate in HR strategy planning and implementation
  • Conduct HR audits and assessments
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR executive or similar role
  • Indepth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Certification in HR management is a plus
  • Experience in HR strategy development and implementation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Adaptability and flexibility
