Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process
- Manage employee relations and address employee concerns
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits and compensation
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Manage HR data and information systems
- Conduct exit interviews and separation processes
- Participate in HR strategy planning and implementation
- Conduct HR audits and assessments
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR executive or similar role
- Indepth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
- Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Certification in HR management is a plus
- Experience in HR strategy development and implementation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
