- Collaborating with Application Architects: Work closely with the Application Architect to develop process blueprints and establish business process requirements. These requirements drive application design and metrics.
- Quality Management Reviews: Ensure that all business and design requirements are met by participating in quality management reviews.
- Stakeholder Education: Educate stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the process designs.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to successfully implement business processes.
