Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across various levels within the organization.
* Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by managing employee relations addressing concerns and promoting employee engagement.
* Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes including goal setting reviews and development planning to ensure employee productivity and alignment with organizational objectives.
* Compensation and Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract retain and motivate employees.
* HR Policies and Procedures: Develop implement and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
* Training and Development: Identify training needs develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills knowledge and performance.
* Succession Planning: Implement a robust succession planning process to ensure continuity of leadership and talent development within the organization.
* HR Analytics: Utilize datadriven insights to measure HR effectiveness identify trends and make informed decisions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
