Location:Navi Mumbai
Must haves :
Least 2 years of experience as site head of mandate project. Must have worked in the Navi Mumbai ( between Palava and Panvel) . Candidates working in a competitive environment at a real estate developer may also apply.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire site and sales staff allocated to the site.
Actively collaborate with the marketing team (both online and offline) to design and contribute to the marketing strategy.
Drive and manage the channel partner team to expand their network.
Translate sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy.
Ensure maximum revenue targets are met through both mandated and nonmandated sales in the residential segment within the designated zone/territory.
Ensure timely billing of all sale transactions and accurate collection of payments.
Train and evaluate the performance of the team consisting of 10 to 15 employees.
Conduct aggressive business development to onboard more developers for mandates.
