To establish a highly effective and strategicallydriven marketing department that will elevate Tarasris brand and business in the premium jewelry segment with a strong focus on quality integrity and customer value. This document outlines the key requirements and responsibilities expected for the role of a Director of Marketing and initial team members.
Position: Director of Marketing
Primary Role:
To lead and implement effective marketing strategies across social digital and print channels while guiding a team of junior managers for successful execution of BTL (BelowtheLine) and ATL (AbovetheLine) activities. This person must understand Tarasris core values and develop strategies that align with the brands premium position focusing on quality transparency and a customerfirst approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility drive footfall increase lead generation and encourage engagement across multiple channels.
Formulate and guide the team on strategies that align with Tarasris valuesemphasizing quality integrity and genuine customer care.
Implement and monitor these strategies adapting based on analytics and feedback to continuously refine marketing efforts.
2. Team Coordination and Execution
Act as a team coordinator and implementer ensuring strategies are executed on schedule and to the highest standards.
Manage junior managers in executing BTL and ATL activities delegating responsibilities clearly and monitoring deliverables to optimize efficiency.
Cultivate an environment of accountability clear communication and goal alignment across the marketing team.
3. Content and Creative Oversight
Identify and onboard team members for specific content roles including:
Graphic & Video Design: Creating visual content for social media digital platforms print brochures and other brand materials.
Content Writing: Developing compelling written content that resonates with our target audience.
CRM Utilization & Analytics
Market Positioning and Competitive Analysis
Event & Activation Management
