The Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for talent identification sourcing/networking skills assessment and should deliver a consistently positive candidate experience. Internally the role is that of a subject matter expert to the hiring managers validating utilizing creative sourcing platforms and researching alternative sourcing channels to build a diverse pipeline of candidates and overall assuring that we hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and develop robust and thorough talent maps
Utilize multiple communication channels to develop and increase the active candidate pool
Conduct indepth screening to evaluate candidates possessing the right competencies and skills for their position and also ensure they are a culturefit.
Liaise with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure candidate profiles align with position specifications.
Be the primary contact with Candidates ensuring a strong Candidate experience throughout.
Maintain detailed records in the Applicant Tracking System and recruitment files.
Develop talent pipelines via various sourcing channels (Social media and other alternative sources).
13 years of experience in fullcycle recruitment (preferably nontech)
Handson experience with sourcing headhunting is a MUST
Communication: Strong ability to communicate with hiring managers/senior executives throughout the organization.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Bachelor s degree
Strong knowledge of firm recruitment policies processes and protocols.
Good To Have
Hiring experience in the media industry
Contractual hiring experience.
