Duration: 36 months
Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement:
1. Plan and execute employee events workshops and teambuilding activities.
2. Collaborate on internal communications newsletters and company updates.
3. Support employee recognition and rewards programs.
4. Conduct employee feedback sessions and surveys.
Talent Management:
1. Support performance management and employee development programs.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in HR Business Communications or related field.
2. Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Google Suite and HR software (e.g. Asana).
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
5. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
