Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience.

Educational Qualification: B.E. / Any Graduate/PostGraduate Science/Maths/IT or related streams.

Location: Bangalore.

Role Summary: Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands.

Excellent communication skills (written and oral).

Able to work in a team environment although expected to focus on a specific area independently.

Openminded and considerate of multiple points of view.

Contribute to the development and capture of intellectual capital.

Should be ready to travel onsite for the projects.

Should be keen to learn new technologies.

Must have skills and Knowledge:

Handson experience on HyperV cluster.

Handson experience in SQL cluster.

Handson experience in Active Directory Group Policy DNS and DHCP.

Handson experience on Exchange cluster and M365.

Handson experience in Windows environments.
