Job Description

This is a remote position.

Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm Vancouver Time (12 am to 8 am Manila Time) with 30 mins paid break

Responsibilities:

* Research and identify potential leads using various online and offline methods.
* Maintain track and update leads in the CRM system ensuring data accuracy.
* Engage with prospects through direct email marketing campaigns.
* Qualify leads by assessing their interest and fit for the companys offerings.
* Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential areas of opportunity.
* Design and implement client or market surveys to gather insights about potential leads.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads.
* Monitor and report on lead generation metrics providing insights for improvement.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 12 years of experience in B2B/B2C lead generation or a similar role.
* Proficiency in HubSpot CRM software MS Excel and other relevant tools.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
* Knowledge of lead generation best practices and industry standards.

Highly Regarded Skills and Experience:

* Experience with advanced lead generation tools and platforms.
* Background in data analysis and interpretation.
* Proven ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet targets.
* Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
* A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence.
