NOTICE PERIOD: Immediate to 15 Days
INTERVIEW ROUNDS:2 (F2F)
REPORTING INTO:Area Business Manager / City Head

Responsibilities

• Identifying and onboarding DSAs and Channel partners
• Building and strengthening relationships with partners
• Providing operational support to channel partners
• Driving monthly sales targets

Qualifications

Academic Qualifications: Minimum graduate

Experience: Experience in NBFC and DSA preferably in mortgages

Other Requirements: Own Conveyance strong local industry network

MustHave Skills

• Sales skills including rapport building and negotiation
• Verbal and written communication
• 2 years experience in Home Loan Industry
• Fintech/banks/NBFC/DSA channel preferably in DSA market

GoodtoHave Skills

• Fluency in Regional languages
