Job Overview

This midlevel regulatory analyst position demands strong organizational skills exceptional task management abilities and proficiency in executing and reporting on extensive research projects. The role requires flexibility to work nonstandard hours to accommodate multiple time zones travel and the capacity to handle additional responsibilities as they arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or MBA or equivalent preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills fluent in French and English ( additional Spanish Portuguese Arabic or Swahili beneficial.)
• Legal background preferred
• Experience in Telecommunications industry
• Experience in Regulatory and Compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Confluence and Jira is preferred
• Proficiency with Asana Slack and Harvest is preferred
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent research and reporting abilities
• Exposure or experience in any engineering field highly regarded
• Telecommunications knowledge and computer skills preferred
• Ability to frequent travel across Africa US Middle East and SouthEast Asia

• Analyze and report on telecommunications regulations across Africa
• Trend monitoring and tracking
• Develop and manage client deliverables
• Support Team Lead and Executives on daily tasks
• Communicate and liaise with regulatory bodies
• Organizing and maintaining document databases
• Meeting management and preparation
• Regulatory and legal research and reporting
• Research project planning and execution
• Budget and reporting management
