We are seeking an experienced IT Change Manager with a strong background in ITIL Change Management processes to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology ITIL Foundation Certification or Practitioner Level Certification and have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that all IT changes are managed efficiently reducing risk and minimizing disruption to business operations if you have a passion for change management and are skilled in implementing best practices within an IT environment this role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and drive effective change within the organization.
Duties responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the IT Change Management process ensuring adherence to ITIL standards.
- Plan schedule and coordinate all change activities across IT services and systems.
- Ensure proper risk assessments and impact analysis are conducted for proposed changes.
- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure all changes are reviewed and approved.
- Collaborate with IT teams stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation of changes.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of the change management process including identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure changes are documented and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Minimize service disruptions and incidents caused by poorly managed changes.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- National Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- ITIL Foundation Certification or ITIL Practitioner Level Certification.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Change Management.
- Relevant Change Management ITIL certification and proven experience in managing IT changes.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure systems and change control processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
