Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Software Testing and Quality Assurance Specialist responsible for ensuring the functionality usability and quality of software solutions from a Functional Analyst visual and user experience perspective. This role involves supporting testing processes preparing test cases and plans and drafting comprehensive test documentation. Additionally the position requires experience in developing user documentation and training materials as well as occasionally facilitating training sessions.
Duties and responsibilities:
Conduct functional visual and user experience testing of software solutions
Prepare and execute test cases and detailed test plans
Perform Negative Positive Functional and NonFunctional testing
Draft and maintain test documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Develop user documentation and training materials
Deliver training sessions to endusers when necessary
Provide test support during various project phases
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in a related field
Relevant certifications (beneficial)
5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
Proven expertise in functional nonfunctional positive and negative testing
Strong experience in preparing and executing test cases and test plans
Experience developing user documentation and training material
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver training sessions when required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development projects. Demonstrated experience with Agile frameworks and project management methodologies. Strong leadership abilities, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
