Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Client Solutions team. This pivotal role involves translating client needs into actionable project plans and ensuring that solutions are tailored to align with client expectations and business goals. You will work closely with the Client Solutions initially focusing on understanding client requirements and participating in endtoend testing and implementation. As you integrate into the team your responsibilities will expand to include a broader range of projectrelated tasks contributing to the teams overall success.
The interview process consists of 3 interviews:
- General Introduction (60 min)
- Technical Assessment (15 30 min)
- Final Presentation (60 min)

- Client Requirement Understanding: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into comprehensive user stories for the development team.
- Proposal Formulation: Contribute to shaping client proposals and customising solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that developed solutions meet specified requirements and standards before endtoend testing with clients.
- EndtoEnd Testing: Participate in testing to ensure solutions align with client requirements and provide training to clients for successful adoption.
- Project Implementation Support: Support the implementation phase including user training and postimplementation support.
- ProblemSolving: Employ analytical skills to propose creative solutions that maximise business value.
- Client Support: Serve as the first line of support during and after project implementation.
