• Order Processing: Handle order placements cancellations and returns ensuring accuracy and promptness.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions updating internal databases and systems.
• Support Team Goals: Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
