Project Manager

• Provide leadership & management of Project safety quality & schedule performance.
  
• Monitor & Oversee Work schedules & deadlines Project Progress & Set Deadlines to ensure that Projects are completed on time.
  
• Management of all project schedules and cost risks
  

• Maintain communication with Clients during each phase of the project to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress quality and safety of the work/project.
  
• Lead & Attend Project Progress Meetings & Project meetings with Prime Clients & PMT members.
  
• 
  

• Coordination of engineering procurement construction HSE Quality etc. to meet weekly and monthly project objectives.
  
• Attend Project Kickoff meeting for critical work packages & subcontracted work.
  
• Manage the engineering department/construction interface to ensure that fabrication and construction activities are completed on time.
  
• Coordination of Vendors & Subcontractors to ensure that they have the materials needed for the execution of their scope of work.
  

• Review the Project Prime contract & any relevant subcontract
  
• Monitoring & Sourcing for Variation & Change Orders & Claim opportunities
  
• Commercial: Full Profit & Loss responsibility for the project. Budgeting Financial forecasts & expenditure and approval of such.

• Support recruitment training and retraining of new and existing employees.
  

• Management of all project schedules and cost risks
  

• Collaborate in the preparation of project documents associated with all aspects of the project in accordance with the contract obligations and project specifications.
  

• Plan & conduct Project lesson learned sessions towards the preparation and documentation of the Project lessons learned register.
  

• Support the Business Unit Manager on the status of the Project requirements Project execution safety quality schedule etc.
  
• Provide technical support to the Business Development and tendering functions to continually fill the company sales funnel.
  
• Other duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• First Degree in Engineering or any other relevant Qualification
  
• International OSHACT diploma in Health & Safety
  

• Minimum of 15 Years experience in relevant field
