• Develop and implement strategic plans for the management and maintenance of the contact center’s facilities and premises.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning for facility operations and projects.
• Ensure alignment of facility management with the overall goals of the contact center.
• Operations Management:
• Manage daily operations of the facilities, including maintenance and cleaning.
• Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure facility support for operational needs.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of facility managers, engineers, and maintenance staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing development opportunities for staff.
• Maintenance and Upkeep:
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of facility assets.
• Health and Safety Management
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and other relevant health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections.
• Investigate and report on incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of health and safety awareness among staff and contractors.
• Vendor and Contract Management:
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for facility-related services and projects.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure that services are delivered as per agreements and standards.
• Space Planning and Utilization:
• Develop and implement space planning strategies to optimize the use of available space.
• Sustainability Initiatives:
• Promote and implement sustainable practices to reduce the environmental impact of facility operations.
• Reporting and Communication:
• Prepare and present regular reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and project status to senior management.
