Job Description
Exclusive to TPF Recruitment Kent s leading accountancy practice recruitment agency were seeking an Accounts Director to join a toptier firm of chartered accountants in Ashford.
This is a broad general practice role where you will manage a readymade portfolio of accounts and tax clients including sole traders partnerships and limited companies across various sectors.
You will collaborate with other directors and managers in the leadership team contributing to the firm s ongoing development and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse client portfolio including sole traders LLPs and limited companies
- Provide comprehensive business advisory and accountancy services to your client base
- Assist in the strategic planning and delivery of business services
- Drive the development and acquisition of new clients and business opportunities
- Oversee and support key projects and initiatives as needed
- Lead and develop staff ensuring high performance and effective service delivery

Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualification or an equivalent
- Significant experience in general practice with expertise in financial reporting management and taxation
- Demonstrated success in developing and sustaining client relationships
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities capable of inspiring and motivating team
