Are you enthusiastic about technology and providing exceptional customer service We are looking for a dedicated DanishSpeaking Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Barcelona. As a Customer Support Advisor you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our Danishspeaking clients ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries providing comprehensive advice and support to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining contractual SLA.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues providing clear stepbystep instructions to customers. Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support as needed.
  • Process Compliance: Follow all established processes and procedures of the project to ensure efficiency and compliance. Regularly update and maintain customer records in our CRM system.
  • Team Support: Provide coverage for other agents during their absence ensuring seamless team operations. This may involve assisting within the same team or across different teams as required.
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate with Supervisors and Mentors on specific projects contributing to the development and implementation of new initiatives.
  • Administrative Duties: Accurately complete all necessary administrative tasks including holiday requests sickness reports and overtime forms in a timely and precise manner.
  • Team Meetings: Actively participate in regular team meetings to stay informed about team goals updates and any changes in procedures. Share insights and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing training sessions to enhance your technical skills and product knowledge. Stay updated on the latest company products services and technologies.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and communicate customer feedback to relevant teams to improve our products and services. Participate in team discussions to share insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Service Excellence: Strive to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Focus on delivering high customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
  • Additional Tasks: Undertake additional tasks as required by Supervisors or Mentors to maintain service performance quality and customer satisfaction. This may include special projects or initiatives aimed at improving overall service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Nativelevel proficiency in Danish and at least B2 level proficiency in English. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Eligibility: Must have EU citizenship or a Spanish residence card.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar customer support or service role within the technology industry is preferred.
  • Sales Skills: Basic sales skills including upselling and crossselling to enhance customer interactions and drive additional revenue.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic technical knowledge with a keen interest in learning new systems and tools. Ability to quickly understand and explain technical concepts.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong commitment to providing highquality customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently and efficiently.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team providing support and contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to take on additional tasks and adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
  • Administrative Skills: Ability to handle administrative duties efficiently and accurately. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
