Life Coach - Offshore

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Part Time Offshore Life Coach to join our team. The Life Coach will work remotely providing support and guidance to our patients to help them achieve their personal and healthrelated goals. The role involves working with a diverse group of clients utilizing various coaching techniques to address their unique needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting oneonone virtual coaching sessions with clients

• Developing personalized coaching plans tailored to individual client needs

• Helping clients set achievable goals and providing strategies to reach them

• Offering support and motivation to clients throughout their journey

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals in the clinic to ensure a holistic approach to patient care

• Keeping detailed records of coaching sessions and client progress

• Staying updated with the latest coaching methodologies and wellness practices

• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of coaching programs

Qualifications:

• Certification in Life Coaching from a recognized institution

• Proven experience as a Life Coach preferably with a focus on health and wellness

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients

• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills

• Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in psychology counseling or a related field

• Experience working with clients with chronic illnesses or significant lifestyle changes

• Knowledge of holistic health practices
