Requirements

• 13 years of Financial Reporting/ Financial Analysis experience within the hedge fund and/or private equity industry
• Bachelors degree in finance accounting economics or a related discipline preferred
• Knowledgeable with the life cycle of alternative investment
• Clientfacing/reporting experience
• Advanced Excel Skills: VLOOKUP Pivot Tables VBA and Macros
• Strong organizational multitasking problemsolving communication and timemanagement skills
• Highly organized selfstarter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Amenable to work on a Night Shift schedule (9 PM6 AM)
• Amenable to work on a hybrid setup (24x RTO/month) in MOA Pasay

Job Description

• Curate collaborative relationships with custodians fund administrators and other counterparties
• Communicate directly with fund managers and thirdparty administrators explaining requirements of the platform and guiding them through the setup process
• Ensure that internal stakeholders (Product & Research Sales Client Service Operations Legal & Compliance Marketing) are well informed about onboarding status updates and that expectations are aligned
• Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient processes and procedures; work with the technology team to automate workflows
• Create and maintain KPIs related to fund onboarding
• Contribute to the success of Fund Onboarding and broader Operations teams goals through OKR framework
• Ensure timely deliverables of all reports
• Additional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity skill and interest.
