Role Description

This is a fulltime remote role for a SAP Recruiter / BDM US IT Staffing. As a SAP Recruiter / BDM you will be responsible for managing client accounts developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients in the US staffing industry. Your daytoday tasks will include identifying potential clients understanding their staffing needs presenting our services negotiating contracts and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in business development or account management in the US staffing industry.
• Strong knowledge of the US staffing market including understanding of different staffing models client requirements and industry trends.
• New Business Development and Account Management skills.
• Must have prior experience working with SAP Clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Lead Generation and Customer Service skills.
• Experience in the SAP consulting and staffing industry.
• Knowledge of SAP services and solutions.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Bachelors degree in Business or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field.
