Operation & maintenance of Electrical & Instrumentation control system. This includes applying principles
techniques procedures to achieve production and services.
q Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and its
implementation.
q Coordination with plant process and MeECL for optimum utilization of power & minimized under drawn power.
q Using drawings specifications and logic to identify the strength and weakness of alternatives solutions
conclusions or approaches to problems.
q Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
q Plan schedule conduct and coordinate all the jobs schedule and proactive maintenance as per plant
requirement.
q Closely monitoring of power consumption and identifying the areas to take preventive measure.
q Day to day power bid and monitoring as per production requirement in consultation with Concern department.
q Create design and modifications as per need of cross functional team so as to assist in increasing production
q Knowledge of leadership technique production methods and coordination of people and resources.
q Any other assignment allotted to you by the Management.
Financial
q The jobholder is responsible for identifying initiatives to reduce costs through process improvements and
produce the work on time.
q Coordination with Plant Process and MeECL for optimum utilisation of power and minimize the underdraw
power
q Reduction of specific Power consumption & Spare cost.
q The jobholder is responsible for consolidating Departmental budget across the organization and ensure
that there is no deviation on adherence to the same.
Growth
q Make schedules for training programmers in house and by external sources to educate and update the
Knowledge productivity and skills of the workmen.
q Provides technical directions and onthejob training to less experienced Engineers & Technicians.
q Make schedules for improving health and safety policies and procedures.
q Involvement of team members for new idea generation.
