Role Description:

• Lead the endtoend bid process with optimal efficiency and timeliness.
• Proposal Writing Services for a Diverse Clientele Including Government Organizations
• Ensure timely followup with end customers to track bid status.
• Guarantee ontime submission of compliant and commercially viable bids.
• Participate in OEM and customer meetings including prebid gatherings throughout the bid lifecycle.
• Proficient in navigating Government procurement portals like the GEM portal.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage bidding activities on the GeM Portal including product uploading.
• Maintain communication with OEMs and clients ensuring smooth processes.
• Draft grievances if bid conditions deviate from Government guidelines to ensure eligibility.
• Develop presentations highlighting product or service values for internal teams.
• Attend price bid opening meetings and prepare comparison charts and analysis reports.
• Create trackers for content collation project progress and monthly calendars to support bid operations.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Tender Management and Procurement processes.
• Strong project reporting skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience in drafting and writing proposals.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field.
