Job Description

Overview:
The PreSales Analyst is essential in driving client acquisition by providing expert technical and sales support. This role is focused on the Clinical Research BABE CDMO Biotech and Biopharma industries specializing in RFQ RFP RFI processes and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Analysis: Tailor solutions based on indepth client needs analysis.
  • Proposal Development: Craft and present persuasive proposals and product demonstrations.
  • Sales Support: Create and maintain sales materials including presentations and product details.
  • Market Insights: Collaborate with sales and marketing to stay ahead of market trends and customer needs.
  • Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate the viability of technical and financial solutions.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Training: Support sales team training on new products and services.
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors to enhance market positioning.
  • Tender Preparation: Assist in preparing RFP responses and other tender documents.
  • Technical Support: Provide guidance during the negotiation and closing stages.
  • Collaboration: Work with crossfunctional teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Sales Strategy: Contribute to identifying opportunities and refining sales strategies.
  • Forecasting: Support the development of sales forecasts and performance goals.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 28 years in presales within CRO BABE CDMO Biotech or Biopharma focusing on RFQs RFPs and proposals.
  • Skills: Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills; proficient in sales tools.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional client service with a customercentric approach.
  • Market Research: Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of financial concepts and their impact on solutions.
  • Presentation: Excellent presentation and multitasking abilities thriving in a fastpaced team environment.
