Production Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervision of production workers and production process
• Monitors the performance of the production area and production workers
• Maintains cleanliness and order on the production floor
• Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision training & development and health safety & welfare of your team.
• Responsible for ensuring that the quality of the product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customers

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Biology Industrial Engineering Chemical Engineering Food Technology or equivalent
• Open with Fresh Graduates
• Received training in ISO 9001 GMP 5S SOP and HACCP System
• Preferably with formal training in Baking Science and Technology
• Knowledgeable of different steps of the baking process
• Applicants with experience related to the semiconductor or electronic industry are encouraged to apply
• Must be willing to work in Lapulapu City Cebu
