Join Our Marketplace Team as a Catalogue Manager and Shape the Future of Ecommerce!

If so we want you to join our Marketplace team at DocMorris as a Catalogue Manager.

Heres your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product catalogue and ensuring our customers have the best shopping experience!

Tasks

As a Catalogue Manager you will be the backbone of our product listings. Youll ensure every product description specification and image is meticulously crafted uptodate and optimised for search and sales performance. Creating new SKUs and refining existing ones will be your daily mission always aiming for the highest standard of visual appeal and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and Update SKUs: Develop and manage product listings with detailed descriptions specs and highquality images. Regularly refresh and optimise product content to stay ahead of market trends and ensure topnotch visual appeal.
  • Catalogue Feature Development: Lead the roadmap for new catalogue features focusing on enhancing product pages. Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate innovative tools that boost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough audits to maintain consistency and quality across all product listings. Establish and uphold guidelines and standards to ensure professionalism.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing sales and customer service teams to support product launches and promotions. Provide training on best practices and tools for catalogue management.
  • Reporting and OKRs: Develop reports to track catalogue performance ensuring key objectives and results are met. Keep senior management informed with regular updates on metrics and progress.
  • People Management: Mentor and manage a team of catalogue specialists guiding them to achieve high performance. Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members to expand the team.

Requirements

  • A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Information Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in catalogue management preferably in ecommerce or retail.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using catalogue management systems and ecommerce platforms.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of beauty and personal care products is a plus.
  • Native German speaker with good English skills.
