As a Community Manager in our Marketing Department you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a strong community around our brand. You will engage with our customers create compelling content and drive brand loyalty through various online platforms and channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build a vibrant and active community.
Manage our social media channels and online forums including content creation posting schedules and moderation.
Create and distribute engaging content such as posts articles newsletters and videos to resonate with the community and promote brand awareness.
Monitor discussions respond to comments and inquiries and resolve customer issues on time.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align community initiatives with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
Analyze community feedback and engagement metrics to optimize strategies and enhance community growth and satisfaction.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role preferably in the travel tech industry.
Strong content creation skills with the ability to generate creative and engaging content.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred.
