Job Title : Platform Engineer

Job Location : Cincinnati OH

Job Summary:

• This position will be located at the Madisonville Operations Center.
• 5 days a week in the office.
• Will be a member of the Reconciliation squad supporting the Frontier application.
• Help maintain the Frontier application uptime performance stability and scalability.
• Prior agile experience is nice to have but not required.
• Attend all agile Reconciliation ceremonies.
• Must have prior software application support background.
• Knowledge of Service Now is nice to have but not required.
• Experience in software/systems application support.
• Continual improvement and finetuning of various alerting and monitoring systems to support Reconciliation.
• Strong process knowledge: Understand and learn how/why Reconciliation works today. Bring suggestions on how to improve.
• Six Sigma knowledge or certification is preferred.
• Review/update/create reconciliation documentation.
• Develop best possible most robust and extensible solutions for new LOB initiatives.
• Building tools and processes to support analytics & monitoring.
• Continual improvement and finetuning of various alerting and monitoring systems.
• Understand and be responsible for specific daily and monthly reconciliation tasks (examples: weekly maintenance month end escheatment and more)
• Prior knowledge of accounting accounts payable and reconciliation is a requirement.
