agap2 is a European engineering and operational consulting group founded in 2005 and specialized in the industry. We work in the Pharma Biotechnology Medical Devices Energy Infrastructure Transportation Chemicals and Information Technology sectors.
As a consultant you will have to support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by bringing your expertise and your ss.
You are agile and eager to adapt to different work environments that will fuel your curiosity of seeing whats behind closed doors of the biggest projects of our clients portfolio.
Tasks
- Ensure that operational activities for clinical and/or commercial manufacturing are performed ontime and within given safety and quality standards
- Act as the functional lead for preparation manufacturing cleaning and changeover in the igned area
- Lead of one or more defined USP areas (e.g. seed train main cultivation or harvest) for the production of theutic proteins with either mammalian or microbial expressions systems (Bioprocess Engineer USP)
- In charge of one or more defined DSP areas (e.g. capture polishing or filling) for the purification of theutic proteins from either mammalian or microbial cells (Bioprocess Engineer DSP)
- Responsible for entire processes or process units for clinical and commercial manufacturing projects in theutic BioConjugates like Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC) (Bioprocess Engineer BioConjugates)
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Biotechnology Biochemical Engineering Biochemistry or related Life Science subject or Bachelors holder with experience in pharma production
- Knowledge in either USP (such as bioreactors) or DSP units (such as chromatography)
- Working experience in biomanufacturing would be an advantage
- GMP experience and understanding of bioprocess technology
- Excellent communication ss in English good German ss of advantage
