Senior End User Computing Engineer ADELAIDE

This role is focused on coordinating and supporting IT platforms including managing MCEM software applications standard operating environments (SOE) and virtual desktop environments (Citrix). It also involves providing expertise to the onsite Tech Crew team for Level 3 desktop support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Windows Apple Linux and virtual desktop platforms including servers.
• Provide technical support to ensure highquality customer service and meet service level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines.
• Deliver MECM application and device packaging services.
• Act as a senior technical resource and escalation point for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify recurring issues provide solutions and advise staff accordingly.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to understand and meet their technology needs.
• Manage enduser devices in large enterprise environments using platforms like Microsoft InTune or JAMF.
• Relevant qualifications in managing enterprise systems.
• Extensive experience in desktop infrastructure support across various technologies.
• Technical certifications in Microsoft Citrix and JAMF.
• Ss in MCEM/InTune and software packaging.
• Full work rights to work in Australia
• Located in Adelaide
