Responsibilities:

Prospect and cold call potential clients within your assigned territory to introduce Empire Businesss merchant services and solutions.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients payment processing requirements and challenges.

Customize proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of our products and services.

Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales and maximize profitability.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.

Provide exceptional account management to foster longterm relationships and identify upsell opportunities.

Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and market changes to adapt sales strategies.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in B2B sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Experience in merchant services financial services or a related field preferred.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.

Selfmotivated with a hunger for financial success and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication presentation and time management skills.

Associates degree in Business Administration Marketing or equivalent experience preferred.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
