Outside Sales Representative - HVAC Service

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representative to develop and sell service agreements to commercial clients in the Albany area. While experience with commercial heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems is preferred our client is willing to train the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting qualifying and onboarding new customers utilizing a variety of methods such as canvassing networking referrals and social media to secure meetings with potential clients. Additional responsibilities include capturing and tracking all salesrelated activities in a CRM preparing and presenting proposals and completing administrative tasks in a timely manner. Meeting sales activity metrics and achieving assigned sales goals is essential. Our client offers a competitive base salary with commission excellent benefits and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license
• HVAC knowledge/experience preferred but not required
• Businesstobusiness sales experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
