As the Assistant Regional Manager at Dental Wellness Centers of GA you will be at the forefront of driving growth and ensuring operational excellence across our four thriving general dentistry practice locations. Reporting directly to the Executive Director this role offers a unique opportunity to be mentored and groomed to eventually step into the Regional Manager position.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and train practice teams promoting continuous learning and professional development.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) staff scheduling payroll and accounts payable to ensure efficiency and financial health.
  • Patient Experience: Maintain exceptional patient experiences and address issues promptly.
  • Growth Strategies: Collaborate on marketing efforts to drive patient growth and retention focusing on samestore growth.
  • Policy and Compliance: Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Manage professional licenses and certifications maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Safety and Wellbeing: Uphold safety procedures and regulations to protect patients and staff.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Tackle additional duties and challenges as needed to ensure the success of our practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
  • Experience: 5 years of leadership/management experience with direct customer interaction dental office management preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Eaglesoft and Carestack preferred; strong understanding of marketing strategies and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: Solid grasp of P&L management labor laws and regulatory guidelines (OSHA HIPAA CDC).
  • Skills/Abilities:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Work Environment/Conditions:

  • Schedule: Fulltime (approximately 40 hours per week) with flexibility for extended hours and travel (up to 50%).
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 15 lbs. and withstand prolonged sitting/standing; exposure to potentially hazardous materials.
  • Compliance: Adherence to appropriate work attire and safety standards.
