Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and train practice teams promoting continuous learning and professional development.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) staff scheduling payroll and accounts payable to ensure efficiency and financial health.
- Patient Experience: Maintain exceptional patient experiences and address issues promptly.
- Growth Strategies: Collaborate on marketing efforts to drive patient growth and retention focusing on samestore growth.
- Policy and Compliance: Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Quality Control: Manage professional licenses and certifications maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Safety and Wellbeing: Uphold safety procedures and regulations to protect patients and staff.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Tackle additional duties and challenges as needed to ensure the success of our practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Experience: 5 years of leadership/management experience with direct customer interaction dental office management preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Eaglesoft and Carestack preferred; strong understanding of marketing strategies and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Solid grasp of P&L management labor laws and regulatory guidelines (OSHA HIPAA CDC).

Work Environment/Conditions:
- Schedule: Fulltime (approximately 40 hours per week) with flexibility for extended hours and travel (up to 50%).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 15 lbs. and withstand prolonged sitting/standing; exposure to potentially hazardous materials.
- Compliance: Adherence to appropriate work attire and safety standards.
