Job Summary:
As the FP&A Manager you will be at the forefront of our financial planning and analysis efforts working closely with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that align with our business objectives. Your expertise in forecasting budgeting and financial modeling will be instrumental in providing insights that drive key business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
• Analyze financial performance identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare and present financial reports including variance analysis to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess the financial impact of business initiatives and propose solutions to optimize profitability.
• Support M&A activities including due diligence and financial integration as needed.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes systems and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; MBA or relevant certification.
• CFA or CPA is a plus.
• 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership and influencing business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems; experience with BI tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
