Job Summary:

The EHS Manager is responsible for overseeing the Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) activities at our Niagara Falls facility. This role involves ensuring compliance with all relevant local state and federal regulations and developing onsite programs to maintain a safe and environmentally sound workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of safety protocols and environmental programs.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA EPA and other regulations.
  • Train and advise employees contractors and visitors on HSE protocols.
  • Investigate HSE incidents and ensure proper followup actions.
  • Prepare and submit required safety and environmental reports.
  • Manage hazardous materials and ensure proper disposal.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in EHS Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 35 years in industrial health safety and environmental compliance.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership abilities incident investigation and project management skills.
