Job Description
As a Relationship Manager you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the relationships we have with our clients and partners. Your primary focus will be to understand our clients needs ensure their satisfaction with our services and identify opportunities for further collaboration. You will act as a bridge between our clients and our production team ensuring smooth communication and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients and work towards expanding our client base.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Arrange and attend meetings with clients to discuss ongoing projects future collaborations and gather feedback.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client accounts and progress.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to understand client needs better.
- Organize and participate in networking events workshops and industry conferences to build contacts and promote our services.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with client interests and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role preferably in the media production or related creative industry.
- Strong understanding of the media production process and industry trends.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- A passion for media and an understanding of what makes content engaging and successful.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Content Presentation: Host and present videos with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Develop a unique on-screen persona that resonates with the target audience. Present scripted and ad-libbed content in a clear and engaging manner. Research and Scripting: Conduct thorough research on topics to be covered in videos. Collaborate with the content team to develop well-structured scripts. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is presented in an accessible manner. Interviews and Collaborations: Conduct interviews with guests, experts, and influencers. Foster a comfortable and engaging environment for interviewees. Collaborate with other content creators for joint projects and collaborations. Audience Interaction: Engage with the audience through comments, polls, and social media. Foster a sense of community by responding to viewer feedback and questions. Encourage audience participation and involvement in channel activities. Video Production: Work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality video production. Collaborate on the development of creative visuals and on-screen graphics. Participate in pre-production meetings and post-production reviews. Brand Representation: Represent the brand professionally and consistently. Maintain a positive and approachable image both on and off camera. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities. preferred! Public Speaking, Language, Stamina, Self-Motivated, Time Management, Research, Ethics. Every week one day, 4 days per month.
