Job Description
We are Hiring Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Madurai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives developing and executing sales strategies and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
Sales Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyse sales performance data
Identify trends opportunities and challenges
Adjust sales strategies accordingly
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate sales performance and market insights to senior management
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (marketing product etc.)
Share best practices and knowledge with the sales team2. Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
Requirements
4 years of sales management experience
Proven track record of sales success and leadership
Strong communication coaching and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyse data and make datadriven decisions
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
