Relationship Manager - Media Production

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients and work towards expanding our client base.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met within agreed timelines and budgets.
  
• Arrange and attend meetings with clients to discuss ongoing projects future collaborations and gather feedback.
  
• Prepare and present regular reports on client accounts and progress.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to understand client needs better.
  
• Organize and participate in networking events workshops and industry conferences to build contacts and promote our services.
  
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with client interests and enhance brand visibility.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role preferably in the media production or related creative industry.
  
• Strong understanding of the media production process and industry trends.
  
• Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  
• A passion for media and an understanding of what makes content engaging and successful.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
